The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an interim order passed in CWJC No. 13274 of 2011 dated 16.8.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the main writ petition is still pending.

Patna High Court MJC No.182 of 2013 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 Learned State Counsel informs that even interim order has already been complied.

Keeping in view the fact that the main writ petition is still pending, there is no need to pass any positive order in the present case.

The petition stands disposed of.
