Case No. 218 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant by rod and when his mother came to save him, she was also assaulted by another co-accused person. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is dispute with respect to passage and the specific allegation of assault with farsa is against one co-accused Bachcha Singh and although it is alleged that petitioners have assaulted the informant by rod, however, the injury found on the person of the informant is appears to be caused by sharp and

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
