The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 239 of 2014 registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a qualified medical practitioner having her Nursing Home, namely, Laksh Chikitsa Kendra at Chanpatia. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was running the aforementioned Clinic in hygienic condition Considering the allegation made against the petitioner which appears to be purely as a result of some vendetta or work of certain persons inimical to her, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40078 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, district West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 239 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
