For issuance of writ of appropriate nature, commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to hold an enquiry for wrong treatment given by the Respondent no. 4 resulting in the daughter of the petitioner loosing her leg and becoming handicapped due to wrong treatment and for taking appropriate action against the Respondent No. 4.

(ii). For further direction to the Respondent authorities to direct for paying compensation to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15178 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
