JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy for approaching the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 16.03.2016 passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents-State, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach
