The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S.Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Sections 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the FIR. As a matter of fact, the informant herself does not want to live together with the petitioner and out of her own sweet-will she has left the matrimonial home.
Be that as it may, considering that the only nonbailable offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77407 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S.
