2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 325 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier petitioner has moved for grant of regular bail which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48564 of 2022 with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months.
4. In compliance of order dt. 13.10.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag'A'.
5. The report of learned Addl. District and Sessions
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69127 of 2023(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 Judge XII, Saran at Chapra dated 2.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within one and half year.
6. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 9.8.2021 and there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future.
7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 12th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 254 of 2021.
