No.4 of 2015 has already been disposed of by the trial court and, as such, the petitioner does not want to press this application with liberty to raise his grievance under appropriate provision before the trial court.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash the order dated 26.03.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya, in U.A.P. Tr. No.4 of 2015, is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the trial court under appropriate provision.
