ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khaira (Nagra) P.S. Case No.10 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 427 of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the allegations are vague in nature.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
