Mr.Sri Ram Naresh Ray ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of motorcycle of the informant and petitioner is named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and pray for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77907 of 2018(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 regular bail, which will be considered by the court below after verifying the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, and dispose it of on the same day, if possible.
