2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.2651 of 2023(5) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 31.08.2022 by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
