2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,307, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3,4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant's sister was solemnized with Rajnish Yadav three years ago. After marriage, the accused persons including the petitioner demanded dowry from the informant's sister and on nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted her with lathi, danda and bricks, as a result of which, she sustained injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Uma Kant Yadav, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55146 of 2024. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 12.04.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
