JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 On hearing both sides, it appears to this Court, that the claim for grant of subsidy at the specified rate as per the scheme formulated by the State respondent, has not been rejected by the respondents although, the State respondents have made enquiries into the claim of the petitioner vide Annexure-D. The matter pertains to the payment of subsidy amount for the financial year 2011-2012. Diverse factual aspect of the matter would require to be taken into consideration by the respondents on a claim made in this regard by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise a claim as raised in this application supported by all relevant documents before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4961 of 2013 (3) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 respondent- Cane Commissioner. If any such claim is raised within 04 weeks the said respondent shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within 03 months from the date of filing of the representation.
