The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Simari P.S. case No.144 of 2015 under Section 341, 323, 498, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his wife left her house with his son. The informant came to know that petitioner took his wife.

It is submitted that wife of the informant is an adult lady. Nobody has seen the petitioner taking away wife of the informant. The wife of informant did not raise any hue and cry while she was going on a bus with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the victim is a major girl and she left the house out of her own volition, the above

No.23844 of 2016 (3) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Simari P.S.
