JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Sri Pranav Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Rajeev Ranjan No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.P.P., at the very outset, submits that during the pendency of the present petition the petitioner was noticed under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. by the police and police has granted bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the court is of the opinion that at the moment, there is no apprehension of arrest, and as such, there is no reason to pass any positive order in the present case.
