====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.

The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused fire-arm injury on the left leg of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. The doctor found the injuries to be simple in nature caused by firearm and he is in custody since 04.12.2021. Learned counsel for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner caused fire-arm injury to the informant.

No.113 of 2022(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 However, considering the fact that there is case & counter case and both sides sustained injuries and the injury caused by petitioner has been found to be simple in nature, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Munger Mufassil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2020 (G.R. No. 1363 of 2020).
