2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 116(g), 126(2), 109, 351, 352, 326(g), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the father of informant by means of lathi and burnt down the house of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 21 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
