This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379 and 386 of the Penal Code.

The first information report is against the unknown and the names of the petitioners find place in the confessional statement of the co-accused as appear from the impugned order.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Darauli P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U U T T
