In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 228 of 2018 (G.R. No.4876 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 380, 341, 382, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the present petitioners entered into the house of the informant holding various arms and resorted to firing as well as they also damaged the entire house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant side are trying to occupy the land and for that they are using the force and further submits that the incident had also reported in the daily newspaper on 13.01.2018. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., XI, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
