The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mashrakh Case No. 174 of 2013, registered under Sections 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(1)(x) of S.C.S.T. Act.

There is allegation that informant belongs to Scheduled Caste community and he was sanctioned of one Unit of Indira Awas Yogana and the informant and his brother went to the house of petitioner and asked for Pass Book then petitioner demanded Rs.10,000/- and also abused by caste name as Mahadait as Bakho. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41388 of 2014 (4) dt.23-04-2015 bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
