The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was returning from Gaya six persons intercepted him and snatched his motor cycle bearing registration No. BR-25B-4300 on the point of pistol and also assaulted him with Lathi.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. One stolen motor cycle bearing registration No. BR25B-0990 was recovered from the house of petitioner but the petitioner was not put on T. I. parade. The petitioner is in jail since 12.03.2015.
