2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364, 365, 120(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The father has registered a case when his son went missing. Subsequently, during investigation, it has come that it is the father of the deceased (informant) who has staged the entire crime and taken help of criminals from outside for killing his son, who is the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2024. Two criminal cases are pending against him in which he is on bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) kiran/- U T
