Petitioner is said to have caught the hand of informant's daughter with bad intention for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 02.02.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2015 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015.
