JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34402 of 2014 with following observations:- "The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a

It is contended that though charges were framed on 20th October, 2014, no witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution so far.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Trial No. 2393 of 2014 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014.
