The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2014 in a case under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of single identification and the recovered amount was not put on TI parade and petitioner has no antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after two months.
