The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37383 of 2017 (3) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
