Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on the informant's minor daughter having entered into her house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged on account of previous dispute and, as a matter of fact, no such incident as propounded in the first information report did ever take place and moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.27040 of 2016 (3) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and appears to be co-villager of the informant, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, under POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.07 of 2016.
