JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The present case was lodged against unknown but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case when one witness, Jasmin Kishku disclosed that the petitioner had evil eyes on her and on the basis of aforesaid statement, the other witnesses doubted the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Moreover, investigation against him has already been completed and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
