In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner has raised a grievance that the lands were give by Jhagru Rai, Durga Thakur, Madan Mohan Prasad and Kameshwar Ojha to the Khadi Gramodyog Samiti situated in the district of Muzaffarpur for running

Patna High Court CWJC No.18942 of 2019 dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Khadi Gramodyog. An allegation has been made that certain persons, having been called 'Bhu Mafia', illegally occupied the land and are making construction over the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this fact was also brought to the notice of the District Magistrate whereupon a letter no. 682 dated 22.2.2019 has been addressed to the Circle Officer, Musahri, Muzaffarpur but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no action has been taken whatsoever till date against those persons who have illegally occupied the land.

Let the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the Circle Officer, Musahri Block, Muzaffarpur should look into the matter and take action in accordance with law.

For convenience, the petitioner is directed to bring this order to the notice of the District Magistrate as well as the Circle Officer. Any construction made will be subject to the final decision taken by the aforesaid Authority.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
