The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1453(C) of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner and Babloo Kumar took her grand daughter with an intention to outrage her modesty but she raised alarm.

It is submitted that petitioner had earlier filed Maner P.S. Case No. 452 of 2013 on 01.12.2013, but the present complaint case was filed on 05.12.2013. The petitioner is neighbour of the complainant. The complainant lodged this false case only to save her skin.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43068 of 2014 (4) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 1453(C) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
