Petitioner along with five other accused was arrested by the police just after the alleged occurrence and on the basis of their disclosure, the looted cash and other articles were recovered from a field.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatuaha P.S.Case No. 66 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Patnacity, Patna stands rejected.
