The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) Police Station Case No.705 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the motorcycle of the petitioners, liquor was recovered, besides recovery from the motorcycles of six others. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused.
