JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, AC to SC-19. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 420, 120(B), 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3,5,7,8 of Immoral Trafficking Act and Section 66(E), 67(A), 67(B) of the Information and Technology (Amended) Act 2000.
As per the F.I.R., a video went viral in which the petitioner is seen in a naked and compromising position along with a female. There is no complain of rape or anything by the so called victim.

Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation it has come that the girl and two more persons were involved in trying to extort money from the petitioner by recording his video. The petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2023.
Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
