The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 417, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner took Rs. 7,75,000/- from the complainant on different dates for selling his land.
It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to return the entire amount within two months. Learned counsel for the informant is ready to accept the amount.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34954 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 404 of 2014, subject to the condition that if the petitioner fails to return the entire amount of Rs. 7,75,000/- within two months from the date of his release, the court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
