JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Taking into consideration that one country made regular rifle, one country made pistol, 26 live cartridges and one bindolia are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No.21 of 2016, G.R.No. 228 of 2016, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Khagaria stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
