The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 506, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. For partition of the family property, there is allegation of commission of abuse and assault as well as outraging the modesty by co-accused Harendra Yadav. Specific allegation is against Harendra Yadav to assault at the head of the son of the informant and threat the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of

No.79472 of 2018(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Makhdumpur Police Station Case No. 211 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
