Issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the decision contained in Annexure-6 the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 14272 of 2014 is applicable in the present case also.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in light of the Annexure-6 and if it is found that the case is covered by Annexure-6 C.W.J.C. No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18497 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 14272 of 2014 similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner. Respondent Director, Secondary Education, Bihar is hereby directed to take appropriate fresh decision in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. Annexure-1 shall not come in the way of respondents in taking appropriate decision.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
