In this case, the petitioner raised grievance that the order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.17664 of 2008 dated 22.02.2011 has not been complied with.

This Court has disposed of the writ petition in the

Patna High Court MJC No.3870 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 2/2 following manner:- "This Court does not feel that any specific direction to the respondents is required in the matter. In normal course, after issuing of sanction order, respondent no.2 should release the fund to the concerned Controlling Officer of the petitioner for release of arrears of salary of the petitioner."

Annexure-2/A of the show-cause is the letter dated 02.02.2015, whereby and whereunder payment of Rs.2,76,768/- has been credited to the account of the State Bank of India in the account of the staff of BREDA towards arrears of salary for the period from February, 2001 to July, 2005.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not want to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. If the petitioner is not satisfied, he can raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.
