21.01.2015 In view of the subsequent limited prayer of the Petitioner that he be paid his dues from 1994 to February, 2007, the authorities be directed to consider payment of his salary between 1994 to February, 2007.

The application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation before the authorities concerned which shall consider it taking into account all the documents within eight weeks from the date of such representation.
