Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that petitioner was arrested in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 221 of 2014 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S.Case No. 88 of 2014.
