It is submitted that in the prayer portion of the petition the name of the Court was typed as A.D.J. II, Patna City in place of A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City and accordingly the same mistake has crept up in the order dated 03.02.2023 also.

In view of the above, let the name of the Court be read as A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in place of A.D.J. II, Patna City. The order dated 03.02.2023 is modified to the above extent.
