1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 21.06.2021, his mother suffered pain in the abdomen, accordingly, he took her to Dr. Mritunjay Mishra, where he advised for an operation and asked them to come on 23.06.2021. Further, on 23.06.2021, mother of the informant was operated but then she died, as such, it is alleged that his mother died on account of negligence committed by Dr.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, informant disclosed that petitioner is a Nurse in the hospital of Dr. Mritunjay Mishra. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a housewife and is wife of Dr. Mritunjay Mishra and it appears that subsequently when informant came to know that petitioner is wife of Dr. Mritunjay Mishra, he implicated her with a view to coerce Dr. Mritunjay Mishra into submission.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
