2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 209/24 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/427/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and another co-accused persons are said to have made firing indiscriminately for terrorising the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 22.07.2024.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.

5. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
