JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Petitioners are in custody since 6.6.2014 in a case under sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, on the confession of co-accused, Satrughan Chaudhary, from whom some fake Indian currency notes have been recovered.

The petitioners submit that nothing has been recovered from their possession and their name figured in confession of co-accused Satrughan Chaudhary, who is on bail. Learned counsel for the Economic offences while

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42710 of 2014 (4) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 opposing the bail petitions submits that the petitioners are the main persons behind these acts.

As nothing has been recovered from their possession and as also their names figured in confession of co-accused and they are in custody since 6.6.2014, let the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Patna in Economic Offence police station case no. 42 of 2013.
