JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
