Perused the order dated 11.04.2016 passed by learned Subordinate Judge-VII, Sasaram whereby the learned court below rejected the application filed by the petitioner for comparing the disputed thumb impression of Ram Gati Mahto on the sale deed with photocopy of agreement. Admittedly the photocopy of the agreement was filed by the petitioner and prayer has been made for comparing the thumb impression on the registered sale deed. Therefore, the learned court below has rightly rejected the application, as such, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
