The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture and caused death of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Annexure-2 is the deposition of the informant and his wife. In course of trial, they retracted from their earlier statement. The deceased is said to have died due to

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 816 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 .
