The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5925 of 2022 on 04.08.2022.

No.61217 of 2022(4) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 257 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
