2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 279, 337, 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023 and there is recovery of 302.400 litres of foreign liquor from his possession.

4. Mr. Dasrath Mehta, learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is
