The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3,4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956. On an information, Police raided Mahima Guest House from where many men and women apprehended. Petitioner was also apprehended from a room, but no male was found. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st-
